Your Data Rights

Make a request by email
For anything you can't do in the app — a copy of your data, deletion without access to the app, or any other request — email us:
support@kiks.app- Send the email from the address registered on your KIKS account (or include it).
- Say what you want: access/copy, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity so we never give your data to someone else.
- We reply within 30 days. If a request is complex we will tell you if we need more time.
Junior athletes (ages 6–16)
A junior's parent or guardian makes requests on the junior's behalf. In the app, the guardian can view the junior's activity and requests, change permissions, suspend access, delete the junior's content and request deletion of the junior profile, or email us from the guardian's account address.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account, profile, Activity History and personal settings are deleted from our active systems.
- Content you posted is removed. Information other people need — for example a past booking at a facility — may be kept without your profile details.
- Some records may be kept where the law requires it or to prevent fraud and abuse; backup copies are removed on their normal cycle.
- Deletion cannot be undone. You can create a new account later.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.
